Aubert has the art of negotiating the best products at the best conditions. Since he joined Domino’s in 2013, he has been responsible for the management of the food and non-food categories, their competitiveness, the sourcing of new goods and services, the quality improvement, the security of supply. He is also in charge of extracting the best value and innovation from supplier management. He works closely with the Commissaries, Operations, Development and Marketing teams in France, Netherlands and Belgium. Prior joining Domino’s, he hold various European and Global food procurement roles at Compass Group Plc and Selecta AG in the UK and in France. Aubert graduated from Institut Polytechnique Lasalle Beauvais with a Master of Science in Agro-business and holds an Advanced Master in International Management from ESSEC Business School. Discreet and tenacious, Aubert knows where he goes and what he expects from supplier relationship.
