Nicky Claeys is Domino’s Chief Marketing Officer for the Netherlands and Belgium. Nicky is responsible for the development and implemenation of the marketing strategy to strengthen brand equity, grow store sales and increase customer counts. Her role also entails development of new products and campaigns, driving profitable new menu solutions and spearheading the digital transformation and other customer-centric marketing innovations. Nicky has over 15 years of international experience in fast-moving & durable consumer goods and high-tech industries. Prior to joining Dominos, Nicky held positions as Global Head Online Marketing & eCommerce at Philips Lighting, leading the sector’s digital transformation and as Sr. Director Marketing Communications at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, managing all global campaigns. Her USA experience includes serving as Head Brand Management North America at Sony Ericsson, helping to turn around the joint venture to profitability with the aid of innovative grasroots marketing programs. Nicky started her career as Technical Brand Manager at Procter& Gamble. Nicky holds a masters in bio-engineering from the University of Ghent, Belgium, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
